Sanaa Pharayra Stables proudly presents our Pony/Horse Camp Program

Our camp is designed to be both an educational and fun experience for youths of all ages. Campers are under supervision at all times by counselors and/or instructors during their stay at Sanaa Pharayra Stables. Each day of camp is filled with a variety of activities geared towards developing the knowledgeable horseperson. Campers will have the opportunity to improve their riding skills, learn about stable safety, grooming and saddling, and many other horsemanship topics. Campers will also get to participate in fun horse themed games and arts and crafts projects while building lasting friendships with other young equestrian enthusiasts. Our Pony/Horse camp is sure to be a uniquely memorable experience for your child!

• Week Long Camps

Week long camps run Monday thru Friday from 9am to 4pm on prescheduled weeks throughout the summer as well as winter and spring school breaks.

$400 per week

1st week is full price, each additional week, discounted 25% for a total of $300 for each week there after. To reserve your slot a non-refundable deposit of $200 is needed up front, the remainder will be due prior to the start of your child’s first day at camp.

• Day Camps

Day Camps can be scheduled throughout the year for a group of 3 or more riders. Day camps are even a fun and educational alternative to having a birthday party!

Camp Curriculum:

• Twice Daily Riding Lessons

• Daily “Horsemanship” Classes, campers will learn such topics as: grooming, equine first aid, hoof care and shoeing, etc...

• Daily Arts and Crafts sessions, with educational themes such as: painting the different colors of the horse, horse shoe decorations, and much more...

• Field trip to West Coast Equine, our local state of the art equine surgical center and horse hospital.

• Play Horse Games and win Prizes! Watch Horse Videos!

• Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt, completed work book, and framed photo of them with their favorite horse for each week of camp they complete.

June 21-25, June 28-July 2, July 5-9, July 12-16, July 19-23, July 26-30, August 2-6, August 9-13, August 16-20, August 23-27

• When signing up for camp please be prepared to give us your top 3 choices of camp dates, camp sessions will have a maximum of 4 campers and a minimum of 3.

• We will make our best attempt to organize campers by age and ability.

• Please supply your child with a packed lunch, plenty of water, and sunscreen.
